cups Beatrice 2% Milk 375 ml
1 Vanilla bean 1
2 tsp Vanilla extract, optional 10 ml
4 Egg yolks 4
½ cup White sugar 125 ml
1 tsp Cornstarch 5 ml
1 cup Beatrice Whipping Cream 250 mlActive Time: 15 minutes
Cooling Time: 15 minutes + 1 hour
Freezing Time: 25 minutes + 4 hours minimum
