Cool Berry Smoothies


1 large very ripe banana1/2 cup (125 mL) Fresh berries (optional) Pinch of ground nutmeg 650-g (15 mL) container Astro Fat Free Plain, Vanilla,
Strawberry or Raspberry Yogourt Maple syrup or honey

10 minutes
Yield:
3 cups (750 mL)

1. Cut banana into 1-inch
(2.5-cm) pieces. Place in freezer until frozen, 10 to
15 minutes. 2. Place banana, berries, nutmeg and Astro Yogourt in
a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Taste
and add a little maple syrup or honey to sweeten, if needed.
TIP:
For a thick milkshake texture, chill berries and place
blender container in freezer for 30 minutes before using.
