Creamy Turkey Noodle Soup


1 onion, chopped 1
2 carrots, chopped 2
2 celery stalks, chopped 2
2 cups cooked turkey, cubed 500 ml
½ tsp dill weed 2.5 ml
½ tsp parsley 2.5 ml
4 cups chicken stock 1 L
1 cup egg noodles 250 ml
½ cup Beatrice Light Cream 125 ml
Active Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serves 4


1. In a large pot add onion, carrots,
celery, turkey, dill, parsley and stock. Bring to a
boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
2. Add egg noodles and simmer until noodles are tender,
8 minutes.
3. Stir in cream and continue cooking until heated but
not boiling. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
