Pasta Alfredo

¾ lb dried pasta, any
shape 350 g
1 cup Beatrice Whipping Cream 250 ml
½ tsp salt 2.5 ml
¼ tsp pepper 1.2 ml
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese 75 ml
Active Time: 30 minutes
Serves 4-6

1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain
pasta and set aside. Return pot to medium-high heat.
2. Add cream, salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Add cooked
pasta and mix well. Lower heat to medium-low and simmer
for 1 minute. Add parmesan cheese and simmer 1-2 minutes,
until sauce has thickened. Remove from heat and serve
