Creamy Butternut Squash Soup


2 tbsp Lactantia Butter 30 ml
1 cup Finely chopped onions 250 ml
4 cups Peeled, seeded & cubed butternut squash 1000 ml
1 cup Peeled and cubed potatoes 250 ml
1 Small apple, peeled, cored and chunked 1
3 cups or more Chicken stock 750 ml or more
½ tsp Dried sage leaves 2.5 ml
½ cup Beatrice Half and Half Cream 125 ml
