1 cup Beatrice Buttermilk 250 ml
6 sun dried tomato halves 6
2 carrots, shredded 2
2 small zucchini, thinly sliced 2
½ cup finely diced red onion 125 ml
¼ cup finely diced sun dried tomato 60 ml
